Symptom narrative

hard lump at injection site, started out pea sized on 2/6/26 when patient first noticed it, then went to grape sized on 2/4/2026, now patient indicates it is almost the size of a golf ball. Referred patient to our Occupational Health Clinic to be checked by a provider.
