06/07/2025 dizziness and vertigo started 06/10/2025 ED Symptoms: persistent Vertigo and I could not make it to the bathroom so, I called 911 and was transported to the ED by ambulance. Treatment Valium, Meclizine, Methyprednisone 10/29/2025 symptoms: Ringing in the ears referral to ENT doctor and audiologist 01/2025 ENT doctor's office Symptoms: chronic tinnitus Diagnosis: sensorineural hearing loss Treatment: Lipo Flavonoid Vitamins
