Symptom narrative

Pt had a febrile seizure post vaccination on Thursday 11/20/25. Mom woke up to her having a seizure at 2am. When the EMT got their she had a temp of 101. Went to ER and admitted to the PICU for 48 hours rule out. Did Urine, and blood cultures which were negative. Had a negative head CT and EEG. EKG was normal as well. After full workup concluded it was simple febrile seizure after vaccination .
