Symptom narrative

Pain began in the center of the back between the shoulder blades, and traveled down the right arm with numbness at the fingertips and right forearm. The patient began experiencing symptoms 3 days after shots, went to the chiropractor, thinking it was his back being out of place, and numbness persists to today, 2-6-2026.
