Recombinant Zoster (Shingles) vaccine - second shot is not listed above and I do not have the information you are asking for regarding lot number. I am reporting that I did not have this type of reaction from the first shingles vaccine given to me in December. I waited two months between injections. My symptons were nausea in morning, severe pain in left arm, tired, headache, shivering, and depression. these are common (except for depression). However, I did not have any of these symptons with the first injection.
