Symptom narrative

Patient states Sunday through Wednesday he started working out. He started lifting about 45 minutes to an hour and did full body lifting. He states that his urine started looking like "brisk tea" in color and that made him concerned for rhabdomyolysis. He stated that his thighs in the upper part felt a little bit swollen yesterday, but they feel okay now. CK was elevated to 129k.

Medical history

Syringomyelia (HHS), Chiari malformation type II (HHS), Hydrocephalus (HHS), Secondary Raynaud phenomenon

Other medications

finasteride (PROPECIA PRO-PAK) 1 mg oral tablet daily, ketoconazole (NIZORAL) 2 % externally shampoo, aspirin, ASA EC, 81 mg oral tablet by mouth daily, Coenzyme Q10 400 MG oral capsule Take 1 capsule by mouth daily, tab-a-vite oral tablet
