Symptom narrative

Site pain in upper left arm continued from injection day to present. Sharp pain at site when moving or using left arm. Past 2 weeks, left shoulder pain like tense muscle ache, with use. As of 2/5/2026, numbness and tingling in little finger and that side of palm. Some relief obtained with ibuprofen, with lidocaine patch, with cold compress overnight. Very limiting condition added to otherwise limited body.
