Symptom narrative

Patient stated he had the usual soreness after vaccine but did never went away. He came to the pharmacy on 2/5/26 to report that his cardiologist told him it was frozen shoulder after he went for testing because he was worried it was something related to his heart since it was on his left arm. He reported his arm was still in pain. He did not mention any treatment.
