On 2/5/26 Patient mother states that patient received vaccines in her right leg yesterday. Patient is having swelling, redness, and the area is warm to the touch today. Mother states that the area of redness is slightly bigger around than a golf ball. On 2/6/26 11:00 am Mother of patient reported "it is not warm to the touch or swollen, the redness moved further down but cleared up on the top of the circle. She is acting normal & has no fever, scratching at it a little but doesn?t seem to be in pain." On 2/6/26 at 2 pm mother of patient reports "t is starting to get more red and feel warm to the touch again. I ran out of Tylenol so I gave her ibuprofen around 9:30 this morning."
