got her chicken pox titers done and had titers less than 1; RSV; asthma; weight loss; rash; IVF; sensitive to all vaccines; again received two doses of VARIVAX in 2023; This Spontaneous report was received from Physician and referred to a 42-year-old Female patient (her daughter). Patient's vaccination history also includes receiving HPV vaccine VLP rL1 9v (yeast) (GARDASIL 9) which resulted in "little more irritation in the arm," (captured in case 2371205) and a tetanus vaccine (name of tetanus vaccine was unknown). The patient's concomitant medications included other medications (Names of other medications were unknown). On an unknown date (reported as at a young age), the patient was vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) (route, strength, dose, batch/lot # and expiration date were not reported) for Prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) (batch/lot # and expiration date were not reported). And again in 2023 she received two doses of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) (1 dosage form, total, route, strength, batch/lot # and expiration date were not reported) for Prophylaxis. Both vaccines were also reconstituted with sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) (batch/lot # and expiration date were not reported)(Extra dose administered). On an unknown date (after two doses of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX)), in vitro fertilization (IVF) was performed. The patient developed Respiratory syncytial virus infection (RSV), asthma, and weight loss. The patient was also placed on dupilumab (DUPIXENT) (route, strength, dose, frequency, batch/lot #, expiration date, indication were not reported) and developed a rash from it. The patient was hoping to start IVF again and recently got her chicken pox titers done and had titers less than 1. The reporter believed that the patient might just be "sensitive to all vaccines"(Allergy to vaccine). The outcome of all the events was not reported. The action taken with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) was not applicable. The action with dupilumab (DUPIXENT) was unknown. The causal relationship between the event Allergy to vaccine and the suspect vaccine (Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) reconstituted suspect sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) was related. The causal relationship between other events and the suspect vaccine (Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) reconstituted suspect sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) was not reported. The causal relationship between the event rash and the suspect drug dupilumab (DUPIXENT) was related.
