No additional AE; Patient received improperly stored vaccine (Temperature: 50.4F;Time frame: 1 hour); This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, past medications, and concomitant medications were not reported. On 02-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an improperly stored dose of Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) (M-M-RII) powder and solvent for solution for injection (valid lot #: Z004811; expiration date reported and confirmed as 20-Feb-2027; dose, route of administration and anatomical location were not provided) as prophylaxis (product storage error). The suspect vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) solution for injection (lot number and expiry date not provided).
