No symptoms were reported; improperly stored vaccines to multiple patients; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 19-Dec-2025 (also reported as 24-Jan-2026), the patient vaccinated with improperly stored Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) (0.5 ml, lot #Z013022, expiration date 12-Aug-2027, also reported as Z005456, expiration date 04-Mar-2027, strength, frequency and route) for prophylaxis (Product storage error). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT) (lot # and expiration date were not reported). No additional adverse event/symptoms were reported. The stored temperature was from 36 to up 46 Fahrenheit (F)(exact temperature is unknown by reporter). The time frame was unknown. Vaccine was removed from circulation.
