No additional AE; administration of improperly stored vaccines; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a specific patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 24-Jan-2026, the patient was vaccinated with a dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) (lot #Z013022 with valid expiration date reported as 12-Aug-2027) 0.5 mL (route of administration and vaccination site were not reported) administered for prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent, solution for injection. An improperly stored vaccine was administered (temperature store in the refrigerator: from 36 F to up 46 F (exact temperature was unknown by reporter); time frame is unknown by reporter) (product storage error).
