3rd dose was administered; This non-serious case was reported by a non-health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 77-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included transplant. Previously administered products included Shingrix (Patient received 1st dose on 08-DEC-2020) and Shingrix (Patient received 2nd dose on 16-MAR-2021). On 20-NOV-2025, the patient received the 3rd dose of Shingrix. On 20-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: 3rd dose was administered). The outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable.
