Symptom narrative

has not had shot 2 yet.; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received on NOV-2023). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: has not had shot 2 yet). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
