The patient's past medical history included shingles. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose with unknown batch number and expiry date). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: two days after the second dose his shingles and itching returned). The outcome of the shingles was not reported (duration 2 days). It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 02-FEB-2026 The reporter stated that the patient had shingles before he took the Shingrix vaccine. After the first dose of the Shingrix vaccine, he was happy because he began to feel better, and the itching stopped. Five months later, he received the second dose of Shingrix. Two days after that, his shingles and itching returned, leaving him uncertain about what to do. It was speculated whether he might have received a bad batch of Shingrix.
