Then it left the patient with permanent nerve damage on the head, down the neck and behind the ear, and spasms effect on the chin at times. Reported 3 years and 3 nerve blocks. Shots that did not work, 3 neurologists. The patient still had pain and awful spasms at the time of reporting. This case considered as suspected vaccination failure since the details regarding completion of primary vaccination schedule, time to onset and laboratory confirmation was not reported.
