maladministration a four month old patient; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 4-month-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number Y49BZ, expiry date 17-MAY-2026) for prophylaxis. On 02-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 02-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: maladministration a four month old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
