Less dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of underdose in a 5-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 3C423, expiry date 06-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. On 03-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 03-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced underdose (Verbatim: Less dose administered). The outcome of the underdose was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 03-FEB-2026 The medical assistant explained that on 3-FEB-2026, they had administered Kinrix to an autistic patient, but the patient managed to get his hand free and swatted at the medical assistant while she was administering the vaccine. As a result, a fair amount was pushed out of the syringe onto the table. They had no way to know how much of the vaccine had gone into the muscle.
