A 77-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 30Jan2021 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: FM0698, Expiration Date: 09Jun2022) at the age of 72 years for covid-19 immunisation; BNT162b2, BNT162b2 omi ba.4-5 (BNT162B2, BNT162B2 OMI BA.4-5), on 10Mar2023 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: GJG742) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "COVID", start date: 2020 (unspecified if ongoing); "COVID", start date: 2021 (unspecified if ongoing); "latex gloves" (unspecified if ongoing); "penicillin" (unspecified if ongoing); "back surgery" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: ELIQUIS taken for spinal operation (ongoing). The patient also took other concomitant therapy. The patient had it twice and then she was experiencing all of the side effects of the COVID condition. She is having a problem getting her medical claim fixed because they want a causative statement from a doctor. When probed if the patient has taken any Pfizer product for the COVID, the patient stated stated, "I had a COVID inoculation and that Paxlovid medicine".; Sender's Comments: Vaccine efficacy varies from person to person and is affected by many factors. The association between the event drug ineffective (COVID-19) with the suspect products BNT162B2, and BNT162B2, BNT162B2 OMI BA.4-5 cannot be fully excluded.
