Patient's wife said her husband had symptoms resembling a panic attack, including making unusual noises, feeling very hot, and eyerolling, which raised concern for possible seizure activity. she also stated the patient was on empty stomach and hadn't had food all day. advised her to take him to ER or urgent care to be checked.
