Symptom narrative

Dr is having a less common reaction to the flu shot he received Friday at 430p He has been crying in pain, ran a slight fever, and his arm is EXTREMELY swollen. His shirt was very tight on his arm. So I checked it and it is burning hot to the touch, swollen with very tight skin and very red. He is crying that it also hurts to touch. He will not take Tylenol or ibuprofen but I have snuck topical Benadryl on him after he fell asleep.
