Symptom narrative

Patient came in for a RSV vaccine. It was not in the system so we though she had not received it. We received an email from corporate the next day that she had one two years ago. However, because it was expired in the system, we did not see that she received it two years ago because it did not submit automatically into the system. This is only a one dose vaccine. She did not need another shot. Patient had no adverse reactions.
