Symptom narrative

I received this Flu vaccine while attending a [withheld] drill. Within minutes I began to experience the following symptoms, swelling at the injection site, dizziness, and nausea. After about an hour I went home and experienced the following symptoms for the next 24-48 hours, difficulty breathing, wheezing, and swelling of my throat and tongue, I felt faint and looked pale, and my face, chest, and arm developed hives, swelling, and redness. My treatment was staying in bed resting for multiple days, and taking anti-inflammatory medication.
