Symptom narrative

Patient started with urticaria and diffuse hives afternoon of Feb 8, 2026, 48 hours after Moderna COVID-19 Booster immunization. By 72 hours when I saw her in office she had large erythematous wheels on arms, legs, torso and face with urticaria. Swelling of both ears. She had taken Benadryl 50m the night before, and again in the morning 7 hours earlier. She also had taken Claritin 10mg in the morning.
