Symptom narrative

Pt developed redness and itching over upper arm, no pain, minor warmness that started to improve after a couple of days. Pt notified clinic via MyChart message & was advised to follow up as needed. Benadryl recommended.

anxiety, central stenosis of spinal canal, decrease GFR, facet arthropathy cervical, hair loss, insomnia, lactose intolerance, migraines, tympanosclerosis, PPD positive, ulnar nerves lesion
