On an unknown date, the Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) (reported lot#: y01350 or Lot Number y013500, both lots had been verified to be an invalid lot number for Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX), reported Expiration Date: 02-AUG-2026) was temperature excursion. Prior time and temperature included: 31.2°F for 37 hours, 30 minutes, and 0 seconds; 10.2°F for 2 hours, 0 minutes, and 0 seconds; 20.8°F for 3 hours, 15 minutes, and 0 seconds.
