Symptom narrative

Pt reports the following day after typhoid/anthrax vaccines had muscle aches, headaches, point tenderness/muscle tension in upper chest, arms, legs. Yesterday developed left hand seems to feel clammy, sweaty, tight. Right hand/arm no issues. Intermittently reports headaches responsive to motrin with associated nausea. Also reports ?dry sinuses?, nasal congestion. No nasal drainage, wheezing, shortness of breath, hives/rash. No significant erythema/warmth around injection sites. No vomiting, diarrhea. Denies any numbness, weakness. No syncope/presyncopal events. No known allergies. No previous difficulties with vaccinations. Pt has received 4 previous anthrax vaccines, 2 previous typhoid and receives an annual flu vaccine each year.
