Symptom narrative

Progressive left arm pain in the days following the vaccination. Continued pain at time of visit 2/9/2026. Pain with movement of the left arm. Tingling and "dead arm" sensation described by patient. Exam with normal range of motion at the shoulder, reported pain to proximal bicep area with active range of motion, no tenderness to palpitation, no skin changes/abnormalities. Started on anti-inflammatory course with naproxen 500 mg BID, muscle relaxer with Flexeril 10 mg TID PRN, and referred to physical therapy.
