Symptom narrative

Per ER report: Patients mother stated around 1945 he started having some "shortness of breath, his hands were tingling, all his exrtremities were turning blue, couldn't talk or swallow". Patient administered his epi pen with help by EMS around 2048, and 50mg of benedryl at 2052 by ems IM. Patient has patent airway at this time and talking in complete sentences.
