Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Confusion-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Systemic: Headache-Medium, Additional Details: After receiving Flucelvax vaccine, Patient became extremely pale and lightheaded. Patient immediately complained of dizziness and fainted. Patient was lowered to his side on the floor and was shaken to arouse. Patient responded for around 15 seconds and then became unresponsive again. This happened an additional 3 times both within the vaccine room and right outside of it. Patient was given candy and Orange juice and began to regain color and was alert and talking.
