On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. At the age 79 in 2023 the patient developed shingles that covered most of the right arm. It healed leaving scars and continued extremely painful from nerve damage. The patient rarely sleeps, frequently crying to sleep and survive on Tylenol. The patient reported It's terrible to live like this. This case was considered as suspected vaccination failure as details regarding completion of primary vaccination schedule, time to onset for shingles and laboratory confirmation regarding shingles were unknown at the time of reporting.
