Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patient stated she also had flu vaccine administered at doctor's office on 8/27/25 on left arm. Boostrix was administered at pharmacy on left arm same day but did not have any lingering pain. According to patient, Shingrix was administered on right arm and pain still presents until now.
