Symptom narrative

Patient tolerated initial injection well. Upon check-out became very pale and had near-syncopal event but did not pass out. Blood glucose 118 at time but had not eaten breakfast. Felt dizzy and unsteady as well as hot. Blood pressure initially low at 80/55. CV and respiratory exam WNL. Cap refill < 2 sec. Given popsicle, orange, and glass of water. Paramedics called given hypotension. By the time she arrived in ER blood pressure had normalized and patient feeling well again.
