Symptom narrative

Injected too high. Instant searing jaw pain at time of injection at 2:15 pm. Injector said.."this was a hard one you will need Tylenol". By 5 pm I could not lift arm and had intense shoulder and jaw pain. I could not sleep for two days. Have had multiple Dr appts and tests. I have not regained full motion of arm.
