On 23-Jan-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX), lot #Z008197, expiration date: 30-Apr-2027, 0.5 mL (formulation, route of administration and anatomical location were not provided), and with the Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD), lot #Z009666, expiration date: 29-Nov-2026, 0.5 mL (formulation, route of administration and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis.
