After RSV immunization had significant diarrhea for 1 1/2 weeks. Initially felt in L Big toe and spread to Left foot and lower leg by October. Feeling was a strong tingly sensation. Also tingling left arm/hand. I also had facial tingling and numbness. By November/Dec. most significant sensory tingling pins/needles usually limited foot to knee but now intermittently the entire body including now the R lower leg and foot although less severe. Left hand and forearm intermittent starting in fingers and moving up forearm at times..Very minimal effect on R arm. When seen by additional neurologist in December the lightly tingly buzzy sensation effect was affecting entire body including back chest and abdomen.. The burning in feet at onset has been occassional since mostly related to standing long periods and walks which take time for those sensations to be relieved after the activity. Sensations interfere with sleep, Did have reaction to 3rd dose Covid vaccine when first offered and had skin reaction, blotchiness and dermagraphia. Some dermagraphia noted in December of 2025 also. Tests so far atypical making it hard to diagnose. Spinal fluid negative for protein, ultrasound of left leg normal . Sudoscan normal (not autonomic ns) Nerve conduction studies abnormal with seemingly normal EMG based on looking at preliminary findings. Awaiting Feb 20 appt with Dr. where had tests. Both doctors believe this is definitely related to the RSV vaccine. All spinal MRI and Brain MRI do not seem to be related to acute attack and prolongation of symptoms. Currently experiencing new isues with increased effect on R lower leg and foot plus sensitivity to clothing and heaviness in left leg and gait symmetry

Extensive bloodwork, Spinal Tap, MRI with and without contrast of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spines. MRI brain. Ultrasound of Left leg all done in November. Blood patch after spinal tap due to HA and dizziness. Nerve conduction studies (end of December) and EMG and sudoscan recently
