a patient got 1st dose of Twinrix in June 2025 from another pharmacy and never got the next dose its almost 6-7 months; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 76-year-old female patient who did not receive HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (1st dose received in JUN-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: a patient got 1st dose of Twinrix in June 2025 from another pharmacy and never got the next dose its almost 6-7 months). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
