never came back for the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who received HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included twinrix (patient received the first dose of twinrix in AUG-2025 with batch number F95HB and expiration date of 29-MAY-2028). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix and the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: never came back for the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. It was unknown if the reporter considered the incomplete course of vaccination to be related to Twinrix Pre-Filled Syringe Device. Now, it was already almost six months later, so the reporter wanted to know how the dosing should go and meant that if they gave her the second dose that day, they wanted to know when to give the third one.
