On 03-FEB-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On 03-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced accidental underdose (Verbatim: don't know the volume/quantity is get into the patient arm), exposure via skin contact (Verbatim: the liquid is coming out her arm) and inadvertent exposure to vaccine (Verbatim: the liquid is coming out her arm). The outcome of the accidental underdose, exposure via skin contact and inadvertent exposure to vaccine were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 04-FEB-2026 Registered pharmacist called to asked about the following one of their pharmacists gave a Boostrix vaccine and the patient complaint that the liquid was coming out her arm, she did not feel any pain or anything when they gave the vaccine, so because patient do not know the volume/quantity was get into the patient arm, the reporter asked that what they should do about, they give another dose. Vaccination date, vaccine detail and patient demographics were obtained in this call.
