maybe half of the vaccine was administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of underdose in a 15-year-old female patient who received HBV (Engerix B Junior) (batch number JB4K2, expiry date 23-JAN-2027) for prophylaxis. On 30-JAN-2026, the patient received Engerix B Junior 10 ug. On 30-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B Junior, the patient experienced underdose (Verbatim: maybe half of the vaccine was administered).
