immunocompromised; Stem Cell transplant; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of IMMUNODEFICIENCY (immunocompromised) in a 68-year-old male patient who received SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. Previously administered products included for COVID-19 prophylaxis: Moderna covid-19 vaccine (dose 1) on 26-Mar-2021. Past adverse reactions to the above products included No adverse effect with Moderna covid-19 vaccine. On an unknown date, the patient received dose of SPIKEVAX NOS (SPIKEVAX NOS) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced IMMUNODEFICIENCY (immunocompromised) (seriousness criterion medically significant) and STEM CELL TRANSPLANT (Stem Cell transplant). At the time of the report, IMMUNODEFICIENCY (immunocompromised) had not resolved and STEM CELL TRANSPLANT (Stem Cell transplant) had resolved. No concomitant medication was reported. The patient was immunocompromised because he had a stem cell transplant which happened at some point after he received the Moderna Covid vaccine. The patient had received all the Moderna Covid vaccines. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events. No treatment medication was reported.; Reporter's Comments: Causality for Immunodeficiency was assessed as not related, as it was secondary to stem cell transplant.The benefit-risk relationship of product is not affected by this report.
