An elderly female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), in 2021 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: BREAST CANCER METASTATIC (death, medically significant), outcome "fatal", described as "subsequently succumbed to the same aggressive metastatic breast cancer/ the patient's mother passed away from breast cancer in Nov2022". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of breast cancer metastatic. The patient date of death was Nov2022. Reported cause of death: "subsequently succumbed to the same aggressive metastatic breast cancer/ the patient's mother passed away from breast cancer in Nov2022". It was not reported if an autopsy was performed. Clinical course: It was reported that My mother also received a Pfizer vaccine the same year 2021 in the city of (withheld) and subsequently succumbed to the same aggressive metastatic breast cancer that I now battle. Notably, the patient's mother passed away from breast cancer in Nov2022 at the age of 74. She was diagnosed, started chemotherapy, in swiftly declined ultimately passing away with any year. The patient states that this was very traumatizing as she witnessed her mother become very ill with chemotherapy.
