Symptom narrative

21 yo M pt had a vasovagal episode after Anthrax vaccination. Pt was given anthrax vaccine on the RIGHT arm while he was seated and stated he felt light headed. Shortly after, he lost consciousness, fell backward onto the back and hit his head on nearby table. Pt was positioned in supine and lifted his leg and cold packs applied to back of neck and arm pit. Pt regained consciousness a couple seconds after and assessed by Dr.
