Symptom narrative

Patient received 2 IM and one oral vaccine without incident. Parents called clinical staff into room after ~5 minutes and reported developing rash. There were several pinpoint erythematous blanching lesions on both antecubital regions, b/l popliteal fossae, few scattered on posterior neck. Patient was monitored for 30 minutes afterwards and rash did not progress, no other symptoms developed.
