Symptom narrative

Patient reports that a day after the influenza vaccine was administed they felt arm numbness and tingling. This arm numbness/tingles has NOT resolve however it periodically goes away and comes back. After several weeks the patient saw her MD. Patient has also had an MRI and is awaiting further information from her provider.
