Pt got vaccine then mother accused staff of giving pt same vaccine twice there was set of twins pt seem fine, but mom was so sure wrong vaccine was given told mom pt should be fine follow in month to receive the supposed correct vaccine mother was holding children down looking away when vaccines administered
