Pt was placed on bed after sister got her vaccines was given four year old shots according to staff the correct ones mother was helping hold patient down when vaccines administered afterwords mom started saying patient got two dtap vaccines which according to staff got one dtap one mmrv made big deal notified provider reassured mom children be fine if they had gotten two of the same mother still seemed unconvinced
