Symptom narrative

Left arm pain with limited Range of motion. Completed Medrol dose pack and improve symptoms and range of motion. After a few days after Medrol dose pack was completed symptoms of pain and decreased range of motion returned in the left arm. Referred to orthro for continued treatment. Also referred to physical therapy.
