Symptom narrative

Received Hep-B vaccine but was supposed to receive Pneumonia vaccine. It was administered in the tricep and not in the deltoid. reaction started on Friday, 1/30 afternoon/evening. Saturday morning the reaction on the arm spread and I went to urgent care at 1:30 on Saturday 1/31. They prescribed antibiotics and I started taking antibiotics on Sunday 2/1. I had a fever from Friday 1/30 through Monday 2/2.
